The first question you are probably asking “What the fuck is Purple Reset, what does it mean?”

As much as I want to blow your socks off with something witty, snappy, and playful, I am not entirely sure I can. My lungs are not what they used to be. But here goes……………………..

You see, when I first started writing I wanted something to hide behind so that no one would know it was me. I was shy. So I took purple – my fav colour (simple) and reset. There is a little more to this one.

Reset – sounds better than I give up, or I’m quitting. I reframed it.

“I’m resetting my goals” (I was either too ambitious or too lazy – you chose which one).

“I’m resetting my mindset” (because I have consumed more news than I wish to admit and now my brain feels like a swamp),

“I’m resetting my eating habits” (I’ve eaten so much my ass has its own room).

I’m no guru so you won’t find me telling you what to do or when to do it. I will share what worked for me, and what hasn’t and you are free, and encouraged, to give shit a go.

Oh yeah – if swearing is not your bag and you are offended by the odd curse word then this site is not for you my friend. Soz.

Writing – my blog has been a little touch and go the past year. BUT I have posted a shit tonne on Twitter which I will pull over and share with you lovely people. I know that some of you stay the hell away from Twitter and that’s cool.

Products – yep I love a little product. You will find plenty of digital offerings and wait for it (cause I’m pretty pumped to be going against the norm) – physical products. Namely notebooks.

Now before you roll your eyes they are not ordinary notebooks. Why the hell would I, the Empress of Journaling and purple – the most regalist colour in the entire universe, singularly one of the most expensive colours to make (once upon a time), a colour that fosters creativity make a standard lined notebook? You don’t know me, yet, but trust me I wouldn’t bother. Nope, these notebooks are designed by a writer for writers. Each and every detail I have painfully inspected. I have spent 1000’s of hours dedicated to making these notebooks stand out in the sea of bland (beyond the colourful “I love me” covers) notebooks that are available.
